Psalms 133:1-3 (NLT)
1 A song for pilgrims ascending to Jerusalem. A psalm of David. How wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony!
2 For harmony is as precious as the anointing oil that was poured over Aaron’s head, that ran down his beard and onto the border of his robe.
3 Harmony is as refreshing as the dew from Mount Hermon that falls on the mountains of Zion. And there the LORD has pronounced his blessing, even life everlasting.

In the progression towards the place of promise, it is in the harmony of those making the journey together that God is able to command His blessing. In the wilderness, the dissonance of the complaining pilgrims not only disabled their entering the blessing but brought them crossways with the One who gave the promise. As God’s heart is for unity with His people, for His people to experience the grace that resides there, harmony among them is required as well. When hearts are tuned to the same Source and the parts are played according to His orchestration, there is a sound the ushers in His glory with power and great provision for the conquests ahead.
